Based in New York City, she founded The Chain Collective PR in 2018, which specializes in offering professional storytelling services to perceptive consumers and adapting to the ever-changing media environment. Her agency develops targeted PR strategies that include international media relations, branding, strategic partnerships, thought leadership, corporate social responsibility, social media strategies, influencer collaborations, experiential marketing, internal communications, and crisis management. Elyse has established long-standing partnerships that deliver measurable results.

Stephanie is a PR & marketing consultant with a decade of experience in the beverage industry managing craft and luxury wine & spirits accounts. She began her career in media relations and honed her creative abilities working on new product launches, experiential activations, content marketing, and social media campaigns for local and global brands. Stephanie is a meticulous planner and a professional problem-solver who is quick to adapt when challenges arise along the way. Her varied experience allows her to think outside the box to craft innovative communications strategies and tactics for clients. She is media savvy, has an eye for design, and approaches every project with an innate curiosity to learn more. She is originally from Puerto Rico and is fluent in Spanish, allowing her to bring additional value to clients with a focus or interest in the Latinx community. An enthusiastic solo traveler and adventurous imbiber, Stephanie joined The Chain Collective PR in 2022.
Carter recently graduated from the College of Charleston, where she earned her degree in communication and marketing. Immersed in the city’s vibrant hospitality and tourism scene, she developed a strong interest in the industry and gained valuable first hand exposure to the world of travel and public relations. Her passion for travel was solidified during a semester abroad in Florence, Italy, where extensive travel throughout Europe deepened her appreciation for exploring diverse cultures. During college, Carter completed internships with several PR firms, seamlessly blending her love for hospitality, travel, and strategic communication. As she steps into her role as an Assistant Account Coordinator at The Chain Collective PR, Carter is eager to apply her experience and enthusiasm to deliver impactful PR strategies and contribute to client success.
